Leisa Rich is an experimental artist who transforms the common and alternative in unique ways, predominantly using fiber processes and materials. She makes art and hyper-real environments that suspend reality and invite interaction.

Rich holds MFA, BFA and BEd Art degrees. She has exhibited and is featured in notable museums, galleries, books and interviews. Leisa published a children's book in 2015 and a series of How-To art books in 2019. Rich has taught art for 48 years.

Her work is in the permanent collections of Delta Airlines Inc., Hilton Hotels, Emory Healthcare, The Dallas Museum of Art, and in private homes. She is a recipient of a Distinguished Fellowship from Fulton County Arts Council, Georgia. Rich moved back to her home country, Canada in 2020.
